Description
This late 1840s pattern by Louis Gluer of Berlin, is pattern number 1581, which was early in his career by the numeration, but leaning towards the large oversized blossoms of the 1850s and 1860s. The design is made up of two large oversized Peonies with other small flowers and buds filling in amongst the large leaves. The pattern is square at 200 stitches wide by 200 stitches tall and uses 50 DMC colors to complete the picture.
