Hawk and Poppies

Description

This pattern comes from a finished work.  The hawk was executed in bead work, which puts the time period to the mid 1860s, however the colorization of the flowers and foliage is from an earlier time period, which would be towards the late 1850s.  The design is almost square at 130 stitches wide by 129 stitches tall and uses 44 DMC shades.
