A Todt 4411

Description

This Berlin woolwork pattern was trimmed, however I was able to find another copy to determine that the original patternmaker was A Todt and the pattern number is 4411.  The design hails from the last 1860s as you can see in the colorization the bright foliage colors of the earlier part of that decade, and the subtle changeover to the more woodland muted tones that came to be in full swing in the 1870s.  The rectangle design is 210 stitches wide by 190 stitches tall and uses just 39 DMC colors.  The flowers could easily be changed, however I copied them true to the original.
