Victorian Chair Back

Description

While this 1870’s pattern was originally designed to grace the back of a chair, it would look equally stunning as a picture as shown.  The design is oval in shape at 156 stitches wide by 213 stitches tall and is made up of 49 DMC shades.  You will notice that during this period that the colors are becoming more naturalistic.  The original design was shown against a black background which was typical for the time, however, I have shown it against a lighter background as a constrast.
