Late Open Wreath

Description

This Berlin WoolWork pattern was totally trimmed so the pattern maker and number was unknown.  However, given the muted woodland tones, despite the bright flower colors, places the design in the later part of the 1860’s or early part of the 1870’s.  The design of Roses, Poppies and Violets,  is square at 180 stitches wide by 180 stitches tall and is made up of 58 DMC colors.
