Hydrangea Bouquet Blue

Description

This late 1860s, early 1870s, Berlin Wool Work pattern was given as a free design from the French Magazine- “Journal Des Dames et Des Demoiselles”.  The original was shown in rose colors, but this is done in the more prevalent Blue.  The pattern uses 37 DMC colors and is almost square at 201 stitches wide by 208 stitches tall.  On the original design, was the outline for a chair seat, but it could be easily used for a picture or pillow as well.
