Description
This pattern of a spaniel by Heinrich Kuehn of Berlin appears to be from the late 1860’s even though it is not number as the painting of the graph paper was very sloppy and the colors over ran each other. This was a sharp decline from earlier patterns by him. This was a result of the demand for more patterns at a faster pace and accuracy was somehow sacrificed. The design is 15 stitches wide by 111 stitches tall and is made up of 28 DMC colors.
