This Berlin Wool Work Pattern by Grunthals is numbered 426 which is early in his career as a pattern designer. Since he was in operation from 1834, this design would hail from the mid 1830s. The pattern is basically square and centers around a brightly colored parrot, which is 179 stitches wide by 180 stitches tall and uses just 37 DMC colors.
