Fanciful Bird and Roses

Description

This 1880s pattern came from an English magazine as a subscription offer.  The original pattern was done on thin paper and the colors bled in spots.  I brightened up the colors since the hues were very woodlands and dark.  The design is almost square at 133 stitches wide by 131 stitches tall and there are 43 DMC shades used in the pattern.
