Description
This pattern by H F Muller of Berlin is part of his Border series. This appears to come from the late 1830s- early 1840s dues to the foliage color. The design is two repeats plus a start of the 3rd. These designs were to be used as Bellpulls, Carpet borders or center stripes in chair backs and seats. The Poppy and Scrollwork design shown is 73 stitches wide by 235 stitches tall and uses only 14 DMC shades
