Description

This mid 1850s pattern comes from a trimmed pattern fragment and is an alternate coloring which replaces the plum color rose to that of the more traditional pink shade.  The time period comes from the foliage coloration but it could be from any number of the major pattern makers of the time.  The design is 170 stitches wide by 132 stitches tall with 32 DMC colors as shown.  However if just the floral design is to be stitched, that design is 139 stitches wide by 95 stitches tall and just 28 DMC colors used.   The scrollwork can be used on any pattern to enlarge a much smaller design.
