Description
This 1870s pattern by Sajou was not numbered, which leads to believe that it was a free pattern, given away with an annual subscription to any number of French Magazines. The design centers around a bright hued Parrot among Roses and Bleeding hearts. The colors still are a hold over from the 1860s but are moving towards the aesthetic movement of the 1870s and 1880s. The pattern is square at 110 stitches wide by 110 stitches tall and uses 40 DMC shades to complete.
