Description
This Berlin Woolwork pattern is probably from the early 1870s based on the coloring and the background choice. The design was created from a finished work that I own and the colors were derived from the underside, due to fading. The lilly of the valley was done in beadwork which was still popular at this time. The pattern is slightly oval in shape and is 125 stitches wide by 134 stitches tall and is comprised of 50 DMC colors.
