Description
This pattern from 1879 comes from a finished work signed and dated E. J. Martin – 1879. Not for the faint of heart, this pattern is 270 stitches wide by 331 stitches tall and uses 66 DMC colors. The original background of the Berlin Work was a soft pale yellow. The majority of the colors were taken from the reverse side which was protected from the harsh daylight.
