Description
This pattern comes from a finished work in the seller’s collection and while the stitching and use of silk floss in the lightest color of each shade, suggest it belongs in the 1850’s range, the design lends itself to the later part of the 1870’s. The design is made up of English Roses and white Lillies surrounded by vast array of leaves. I have used the background color that closely matches the original finished work. The pattern is 226 stitches wide by 226 stitches tall and uses 41 DMC colors. The roses could be changed to other colors if desired.
