This 1872 Berlin work pattern comes from a finished work in the seller's collection. Someone's beloved pet, it is entitled "CHAMP" underneath the finished design, and a date of 1872. Comprised of 43 DMC colors that match the original, it is 104 stitches wide by 120 stitches tall.
BEADWORK PIN CUSHION - $4 USD
This 1870s French pin cushion pattern comes from the original pattern and matching finished work in the seller's collection. The finished work was done on a rich red background, so I have shown it as such but almost any color would look good. The flowers were done in beadwork, as was the tassle framework that surrounds the cornflowers, while the leaves were done in wool. Finishing it off was a one inch loop of white and clear beading. The design is 79 stitches wide by 79 stitches tall and is made of up 13 DMC colors.

The original design of plums was done in grisalle beadwork on a field of woolwork leaves and a rich red background. I have also created the pattern in its natural purple colors. The pattern matches the original showing the placement of the four shades. The design is made of up 3 standard colors, black, white and gold, followed by 4 shades of a color scheme. The pattern matches both the originial and finished work and contains 39 DMC colors which could be changed. While 101 stitches wide by 101 stitches tall, it can be adapted to any size.

Originally the background was unworked and was executed on very fine wire mess, surrounded by green silk fringe with an ivory bone handle. Quite the style at the time.

The pattern is made up of 47 DMC colors and is 160 stitches wide by 160 stitches tall. While the original work was never used, I presume it was desgined for a chairseat or cushion front.

The shading matches the original pattern, which was mounted on a heavy board, and could be altered as the stitcher desires.

This late 1860's French pattern was a supplement from the magazine "Le Moniteur Des ames ( DDes Demoiselles." The pattern is shown with the original French Blue background with white roses and rust leaves. The design is 113 stitches wide by 109 stitches tall and is made up of 12 DMC colors.

This late 1860's pattern comes from the seller's collection and while does not display the designer's name, it is definitely English in design. It was well used and heavily folded causing deep creases in the design. The design is 160 stitches wide by 160 stitches tall and is made up of 19 DMC colors which match the original pattern. The ribbon colors could be easily changed if they do not match your color scheme.

Comprised of 52 DMC colors to achieve the complex shading, it is 100 stitches wide by 101 stitches tall.

This is the last of the series of face screens circa 1860's from an English estate. This apparently was designed for a child or a young girl due to the size being smaller than the rest, in both size of the screen and design. The design area is 71 stitches wie by 70 stitches tall and is made up of 33 DMC colors. It was also plainer as it had a painted wooden handle.

The design is impressive in size as it is 163 stitches wide an 207 stitches tall and uses 42 DMC colors. The pattern is made up of Roses and Cattails as the central object surrouned by garlands of Forget me nots.
